Kudos for The New Mediterranean Diet Cookbook

I was thrilled to receive this important recognition from Cooking Light magazine: http://www.cookinglight.com/cooking-101/resources/best-healthy-cookbooks-00412000073863/page6.html

That puts The New Mediterranean Diet Cookbook in number three position among the best healthy cookbooks of the last 25 years. Thanks to all of you who have bought it, cooked from it, talked about it, and eaten the great, flavorful, healthy foods from the Mediterranean.

Congratulations on well-deserved recognition. I recommended ‘New Mediterranean Diet Cookbook” in both of my recent books: “Advanced Mediterranean Diet: Lose Weight, Feel Better, Live Longer” (second edition) and “KMD: Ketogenic Mediterranean Diet.” Good stuff!
